mServices is a newly created subsidiary of mBank, established to work on fintech projects for clients from all over the world. We create digital products from the moment of idea to the creation of its frontend layer. 

Currently we are looking for a Digital Delivery Manager with financial market experience, to join us to work on a challenging international market.


The Delivery and Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing internal Clients relationships, budgeting and driving the timely delivery of UX/UI and software project for them, by working with multi-disciplinary teams including Product Owners, Developers, Testers, Designers, User Experience Analysts and Business Subject Matter Experts


Key responsibilities


  • Be able to manage multiple complex UX/UI and software (Frontend layer) delivery items across multiple internal clients (other subsidiaries of mBank)
  • Ensure that these UX/UI/Frontend delivery items are delivered to cost and time, that needed to be further reconciled with other subsidiaries of mBank
  • Work with multiple project tracking and delivery tools
  • Manage the UX/UI/Frontend delivery of items into live (including implementation planning and go / no go calls)
  • Work with other internal teams to ensure a timely delivery of linked items
  • Ensure that requirements, designs or any other issues / documents are appropriately signed off or resolved.
  • Understand and manage the interactions and dependencies between 3rd parties deliveries
  • Manage the scope of requirements during the execution phase
  • Manage risks to the UX / UI  and Frontend layer delivery
  • Be able to clearly and concisely communicate the current state of your projects
  • Identify and escalate appropriately any significant issues or blockers
  • Communicate appropriately to differing levels of the organization (from board level to highly technical developers)
  • Manage communications with other parts of the business and budgeting new projects
  • Take ownership of the estimation and change request inputs to various vendors ensuring that responses are provided in a timely manner
  • Track the status of requested changes and approvals



  • Excellent knowledge of UX / UI and assets delivery process and  software development projects (Frontend layer),
  • Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
  • 5+ years in an equivalent role, with responsibility for digital service enhancements
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience of managing third parties through the full project delivery lifecycle
  • Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams including remote/offsite and external resources
  • Experience in matrix-managing UX/UI/Frontend delivery resources
  • Demonstrable experience with introducing agile and lean practices into an organisation
  • Experience in working in Fintech / Banking domain would be additional advantage
