Do you have an explorer mindset and want to work in a collaborative organization where your contributions will make a strong impact? Great! We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic CX Product Designer who will join our fully independent Tutoring team. The team is working on Brainly Tutor product – a mobile-first, on-demand platform that provides students with real-time access to live chat support for the subjects that challenge them the most. In seconds, Brainly users are connected with an authorized tutor from the platform’s extensive global pool of experts ✌🏻

As a Product Designer, you will own the design process and help develop the most useful and usable features and product experiences for a global audience end to end. All of the features are released under A/B/n tests, so you’ll see how your designs work in practice and will be able to use data to improve the product.
In Brainly we are working on some of the most complex technical challenges in the ed-tech space and creating the product for over 200 million students around the world. We focus on building the infrastructure and features that enable Brainly users to ask and answer millions of questions every day.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE WAITING FOR YOU:

• Own feature design from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Gather feedback from product users
• Be responsible for maximizing the value proposition of our product for users
• Be responsible for cross-device and cross-platform experience personalization
• Create new experiments with a very strong focus on the user journey, including the supply and demand part of the business
• Identify opportunities for new products
• Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• Set design requirements based on briefs from internal teams and external partners
• Improve the design of existing products

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:

Experience:

• We expect the candidate to have at least 3-5 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Broad understanding of a large internet business to include familiarity with UX design, product development processes/cycles for web & apps, A/B testing frameworks;
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods for user research and A/B testing frameworks;
• A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle.

Preferred:

• Experience in working for e-commerce, SaaS or digital marketing agency
• Experience in collaborating with Scrum Teams

Skills and systems:

• Expert knowledge in product design frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in Interface design tools (we use Sketch and Figma)
• Comprehensive knowledge of design patterns (and when to break them)
• Strong visual design skills and passion for interaction design with a portfolio showing high quality, thoughtful UI, and UX work.
• Fluency in English (in speaking and writing)
