At UsabilityTools we are customer obsessed – delighting our customers and making them successfulis one of our most important tasks. The Account Manager will focus on the delight and retention of our customers, ultimately driving revenue & customer expansion. You will be the champion responsible for ensuring that UsabilityTools’ customers’ experience is exceptional. You will partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to develop and execute on customer needs and strategy from all angles of the business.

The Account Manager reports to the VP of Sales. Key to this role is being able to articulate value and inspire usage growth. As a trusted advisor and coach, the Account Manager determines how UsabilityTools’ product can be effectively applied to customers’ strategic business goals.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Likes to help and has the ability to connect and work with people, and influence them
  • Is eager to understand how different people do business online
  • Knows how to build and maintain strong person-to-person relationships
  • Has account management, project management and problem-solving mindset
  • Is organized and systematic with great attention to detail
  • Demonstrates clear, articulate, and well-organized oral and written communications style
  • Speaks English fluently during business conversations and everyday office small talks
  • Has strong knowledge of online software (SaaS) products and services, broadly defined
  • Has Experience in Product Management, Consulting, User Experience, Conversion Optimization or Customer Support or similar

Your responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring successful set-ups
  • Educating established customers about new functionalities, best practices and industry developments
  • Identifying areas for improvement not only in our products and services, but also in the Account Manager function as a whole
  • Communicating internally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to make your customer’s lives better
