For the Solution Centre Diagnostics IT Team we are looking for a Customer Experience Business Area Lead:

• Do you want to co-create the Roche IT Solution Centre’s strategy for delivering the best Customer Experience solutions for Roche Diagnostics?

• Do you want to take ownership for UX/CX deliverables for multiple enterprise-scale software development products from concept, buy-in gathering to implementation?

• Do you want to become an entrepreneur, build new IT products and services and drive the change, that will help us to deliver new business capabilities in the future?

You are an ideal candidate if:

• You are a seasoned usability expert with 5+ experience in a customer-centric role;

• You have experience in building and implementing a strategy for the CX/UX domain in a multi-layered stakeholder environment;

• You are passionate about customer experience and user-centred design;

• You have experience in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint and others), great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas;

• good understanding of UX design standards and trends, command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methods;

• Business Development and Consultancy: as a member of RGITSC Team, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing areas of growth and improvements for Roche Diagnostics in Customer Experience space.

• People Leadership:  You will be fostering creativity and co-creating an environment for team work. Also, you will be the driving force behind creating the Customer-centric mindset.

• Organization Development: you will be a key contributor in shaping our team and organization, bringing your experience and insights to improve the ways we work.
