We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter / UX Writer to collaborate closely with members of the ZEN Product Management, Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization teams to build ZEN experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities at ZEN will include:

• Transforming product features and concepts so that they’re intuitive and easy to understand with additional ZEN flavour, through clear and expressive writing.
• Being an advocate for our users. You’ll use design thinking, empathy, and data to help shape and refine our product and identify opportunities to build better experiences for our.
• Writing and editing UI and communication text to help users navigate our products and bring to them the feel of ZEN,
• Working on: onboarding, feature naming, promos, product tours, error messages, instructional materials, FAQ and emails.
• Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

We’re looking for people with:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in creating content for digital tech products
• Writing examples including, but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, user education, direct or transactional emails, style guides or product launch content
• Fluent in English and Polish
