• Openness to cooperation with the team (UI designers, UX designers, developers, clients, etc.) to set up UX and usability metrics
• Eagerness to test current and new solutions
• You will plan user research to gain an understanding of users’ behavior and needs and to enhance design
• Knowledge and 2+ years of experience in creating and conducting user testing, qualitative and quantitative (Hotjar, a/b tests, etc.) research, competitive analysis, usability audits and experts reviews
• Experience in taking part in product design workshops (design thinking, google design sprint, etc.)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Join us for 32+ hours per week. Compensation for this role depends on your user experience skills and ranges between 4000 — 6000 PLN monthly net (if B2B / UoD contract, full–time).
