Growbots was born in Warsaw, Poland in Dec 2014 with the aspiration to change the world of sales. Over the past years, we’ve been a first Polish startup in 500 Startups accelerator in San Francisco and raised funds from leading investors from Silicon Valley and Europe (including Gil Penchina and Buran VC). And the vision is really simple, we integrate data about all businesses worldwide so our clients can find their potential customers and connect with them. Think of it as a Google search, but you’re looking for new customers. Today we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to help us make our product even more awesome! You definitely should join us, cause you will:

– have an opportunity to work on a daily basis with dev, customer success, and sales teams

As Senior UX Designer you will take ownership for:

– conducting research, including preparing scenarios and interviewing users

– preparing paper wireframes and clickable prototypes ready for tests with users

– formulating and evaluating hypotheses

– gathering requirements from Product Owners and customers

– identifying user pains and advocating changes

– close cooperation with dev teams

– conducting research with internal teams and end users

– care over analytical systems (Mixpanel, FullStory, Google Analytics and others)

– sharing user experience knowledge inside the organization

Requirements:

– 4+ years of experience in UX Design role

– experience in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, Google Design Sprint and others), great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas

– ability to manage time vs quality problem

– good knowledge of UX prototyping tools (Sketch, Invision, Zeplin or others)

Nice to have:

– practical knowledge about planning and managing tests with users

– experience in using remote research tools
