Responsibilities:

• You will be working alongside our UX designers and Product Managers to translate UX research and user needs, as well as with front-end developers to craft pixel-perfect interactions for the end user.
• You will be creating and maintaining a design system with scale in mind, whilst accounting for user needs and UI best practices.
• You will be crafting visual and interaction elements whilst considering responsive layouts, accessibility, iconography, typography, and motion.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in designing for complex digital interfaces (preferably SaaS).
• Creating and maintaining of design systems and style guides.
• Knowledge in the application of information design, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
• Awareness of design trends and technology, responsive design.
• Experience with rapid prototyping as a means to explore multiple design solutions.
• Experience designing in an Agile environment is a plus.

• A great portfolio that shows deep product design skills, both UX and UI.
• Product success-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge and understanding of product metrics.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, and Photoshop, Illustrator.

• UX design experience is a plus.
• Prototyping tools: Principle, Flinto, ProtoPie, Axure.
