What you will be doing:

• Solving the real problems of users around the world
• Creating lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, end-designs and interactions
• Participating in user testing sessions, analysis, and workshops that help define those problems
• Working in the design team with enough autonomy to have impact on the product, and to grow as a professional
• Designing concepts, experiments, and user experience together with the UX team
• Working closely with other Product designers, UX researchers but also and mostly with your team of engineers and partnering with Product managers
• Sharing knowledge and learning from international teams

Who we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of the tools (Sketch, Invision/Marvel, Zeplin) and design principles
• Someone with proven experience with designing and developing digital products
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design, or proven grasp of a good design process
• Design decisions argumentation skills
• Advise, collaborate with and synthesize feedback from Product designers, analytics and researchers
• Deep understanding and high degree of empathy for the customer experience, and use it to create practical solutions
• Someone following on industry trends, sharing them further within the team
• Initiative to identify problems and act on opportunities to improve the product
• Knowledge about patterns and limitations of technology
