We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong research skills to join our team in Warsaw. You will be responsible for forging simple, highly-usable solutions based on project goals and users’ needs. You will be working in an international, cross-functional environment that will test your collaboration and communication skills. You are driven by the passion for User-centered design by your GSD attitude.

Person on this position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Analyze project goals and plan UX involvement
• Apply user research techniques to understand users’ needs and translate them into specific, prioritized recommendations and requirements Conduct usability tests to understand user behavior and expectations
• Design information architecture, sketch low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups
• Work with development teams to ensure that the final product fulfills partners’ expectations

Requirements:

• Passion for User-centered design
• Degree in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, Social Science or related discipline 3+ years of experience as a usability expert, information architect, UX designer, researcher or similar
• Command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in creating design deliverables (Axure and/or others which you prefer)
• Great communication skills, ability to synthesize and communicate ideas
• Fluency in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients)
