You will be one of the key people in our company and lead a team of UX designers to provide excellent user experience by facing challenges such as:

• Building a strong UX/UI team which includes: motivating and inspiring them, sharing knowledge, communicating goals, verifying results and participation in the recruitment process. You will be responsible for yours and your team’s work.
• As one of our key people you will help us create an amazing working environment which will result in excellent services and team members’ satisfaction.
• You will also be transforming concepts into wireframes and sketches that will lead to excellent and intuitive user experience.
• We will empower you to develop behavioral specifications, interaction, information architecture, user modeling and usability testing to create products which excites users
• You will be responsible for research based on the client’s product vision and requirement analysis. Researching will include finding trends, methods and theories which support your recommendations
• You will also be collaborating with team members in a multi-disciplinary team, making presentations for clients and applying changes based on a team leader’s or customer’s feedback.
• We will expect you to supervise programmer’s and graphic designer’s work

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for you if you are a talented team leader and experienced UX Designer.

What do we require from the perfect candidate?

• 5+ Years of experience in UX/UI projects including supporting big, international brands. We also require experience in software, technology oriented projects like: mobile and web apps, portals, intranets, transaction systems, AWD, RWD.
• Strong experience as a team leader and knowledge about project management rules including usage of software like ScrumMaster or Agile.
• Entrepreneurial mindset which means being fully responsible, engaged, accountable, caring about the company’s good and client’s satisfaction. Able to come up with solutions, be self reliant and show initiative when facing challenges.
• Excellent communication and business skills including: conflict resolution, writing e-mails, meeting follow-ups. You will also be delivering presentations for clients which requires sales skills.
• Excellent use of Axure for wireframes, knowledge about basic principles of cognitive psychology and Visual Storytelling which enables you to design a user journey
• Creative, out of the box thinking and at the same time an ability to enhance the client’s vision. Have a good eye for detail and at the same time the ability to look at the project on a larger scale.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English fluently

It will be also nice if you have:

• Business Analysis basic skills
• Ability with UML Modeling
• Ability to create surveys for customer research purposes
