What we expect:

• Designing nice, modern and functional web pages as well as web applications
• Designing other graphic elements (logos, banners, leaflets, infographics)
• Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
• Knowledge on designing functional user interfaces (UX, UI)
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Communication skills
• Independence
• Ability to work fully remotely
• Sense of humor (we don’t want gloomy teammates)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Usability Testing
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effect or InDesign
• Good knowledge of Sketch
• Designing graphic for Android/iOS apps
• Involvement in the community, e.g. having a blog, attending conferences
• Experience in close cooperation with clients

We conduct projects for clients from the US, Australia and South Africa, so a good knowledge of English is a must (spoken, written, by phone, etc.).
At the same time, internally we are a Polish speaking company, so Polish language is also required.
