Growbots is on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to expand our company’s creativity and perfect our design.

What will you do:

• You’ll be tasked with architecting user interaction with the Growbots system – web application automating the entire sales development process.
• As our in-house designer, you’ll be an integral part of the team and participate in making high and low level product design decisions. From designing our website to defining our product’s UI/UX.
• You’ll have an opportunity to run through a complete software development cycle, working with our Sales and Engineering teams to understand our products and vision, analyze requirements, and design the feature in question.
• You’ll we be in charge of all beauty design stuff we create for our customers and for us (layouts, infographics, graphic identification, ads etc.)
• You’ll need to be able to clearly communicate about people, design, technology, brand, and product. You’ll also need to be a great listener and welcome ongoing feedback from the team and our users.

Requirements: 

• experience in usability, graphic design, and web app development
• a portfolio of previous projects (great if with examples of Single Page Applications in it)
• mastery of verbal and written communication
• ability to communicate in English with ease
• nice to have: familiarity with modern web technologies like CSS preprocessor languages (e.g. LESS, Sass) and React JS framework
