The team

Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact position in an ambitious software house we’ve got a match for you! We are growing rapidly and always looking for new talents to welcome onboard.

Currently, we’re looking for a Web Designer. You will join our 11 UX specialists, an organically growing team, who work across the UX spectrum. As a Web Designer you’ll work closely with our UX team, Illustrator, Marketing team and Web Developers to deliver the best possible solutions. Together we will be responsible for the company image that defines us in the network industry.

What else should you know:

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, and be able to create attractive visuals & animation which can be translated into high-standard creations to improve internal and external projects.

Your ultimate goal will be to make our company recognizable around the industry and to attract and retain clients. But also to maintain a high standard of brand quality and support people throught the company in designing and expanding our website and perform tasks related to marketing such as landing pages.

Your role:

As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the UX team, Illustrator, Marketing team, and Web Developers
• Working with our own design system
• Creating solutions for A/B tests
• Taking a part in the solutions design process
• Working with the brand identity, and brand guides
• Looking for benchmarks to better describe your ideas before starting
• Supervising the consistency of the development process
• Introducing new formats and ideas
• Participating in requirement discussion meetings, providing feedback

Do we have a match:

As a Web Designer you must meet the following criteria:

• 3-5 years of digital design experience
• A portfolio showcasing skills and including your best, outstanding projects 🙂
• Creativity, attention to detail and highly developed aesthetic sensitivity
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A command of visual and communication design principles including typography, and grid systems with experience in digital creations
• Experience with design/assets handoff
• A keen eye for details
• Knowledge of Motion Design is a plus
• Experience in working with Web Developers
• English language on a level that enables fluent communication
