UX Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Inflancka 4A

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

  • Has 3+ years of relevant experience in UX (design and/or research, strategy),
  • Has practical experience with collecting qualitative and quantitative user feedback,
  • Has experience in various research methods and the ability to choose the best method for a project and plan the full research session,
  • Is able to define measurable KPIs and OKRs for a project,

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and conduct user research to identify user needs and competitor analysis,
  • Interpret data and qualitative feedback,
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps,
  • Create prototypes and wireframes,
  • Define reporting and measurement metrics focused on project and usability goals,
  • Lead and support discovery of the project lifecycle, including workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, audits, and benchmarking,

MUST HAVE

  • A solid portfolio (design and/or case studies),
  • Good understanding of technology and business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences,
  • Strong communication and presentation skills,
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English,
  • Proactive attitude,
  • Proficiency in using popular design and UX tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Google Analytics),
  • Attention to detail as well as to the big picture.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in eCommerce and/or B2B solutions,
  • Experience in facilitating workshops to answer critical business questions,
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
