UX Designer
Opis oferty pracy
We are a software house with roots in open source, working with clients primarily in the commerce industry but with strong ties to the start-up community. For years, we have been cooperating with leading commerce brands, working on both online and offline experiences, developing online stores, mobile applications, software for kiosk tablets in showrooms or humanoid robots and other IoT solutions.

- Using principles and methods of human-centered design to create functional, data-driven solutions primarily in software/web design, but also can include service design and other concepts
- Producing high quality UX artifacts to visualize complex concepts including research reports, wireframes, prototypes and components within budget and defined time frames
- Helping maintain design documentation and contribute to the DesignOps processes
- Meeting clients to gather information about their requirements
Apply if you can boast about your:
- Minimum 1-2 years professional experience designing user-centered digital solutions

- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and manage your time and workload efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
- Good command of the design tools: Figma (preferrable), Google Analytics, Hotjar
Even better if you also have:
- Experience in service design
- Experience in or knowledge of Accessibility principles
- Understanding of ecommerce design and best practices
What we offer:
- Fully flexible working time – the only limit is common sense
- Possibility of remote work – without additional explanations
- Paid vacation
- 1-2 hours for self-development every week
- No fixed corporate career path but a lot of advice and guidance to help you grow
- A friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where people are always happy to help
- Macbook + monitor(s)
- Medical care, mental well-being platform subscription, and sports card
- In-house English lessons
- Co-financing for conferences, training sessions, and certification
- Benefits for sharing knowledge at conferences, meetups, and on our blog
