Support UX projects: You will design outstanding digital products and services. You will experience a wide range of domains from industry to consumer.
Experience collaboration: You will be a part of the User Experience, Business Modelling and Communication department of the Bosch Corporate IT and you will collaborate closely with different disciplines (user researchers, other UX/interaction designers, software developers, requirement managers, product owners etc.), as well as customers and domain experts (e.g. manufacturing, HR, automotive etc.) in an international context.
Drive design thinking: You will support our customers in defining leading-edge interaction designs. You will strengthen the design thinking culture within the Bosch Corporate IT.

Working practice:
- Experienced in work in cross-functional teams
- Experienced in work remotely in international teams
- Able to motivate and engage people to apply user-centricity
- High level orientation on both customer and end-user
Experience and know how:
- Working experience in the field of user experience design (minimum 1 year for junior position or minimum 3 years for regular position)
- Ability to create customer journey maps, stakeholder maps, service blueprints, user flows
- Experience in conducting research: individual in-depth interviews, usability tests
- Experience in conducting workshops, e.g. scoping workshop, requirement gathering workshop etc.
- Experience in creation wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes, proved by portfolio
- High-level proficiency in Axure RP and/or Adobe XD
Languages: High level English language proficiency required; proficiency in German is a plus
Education: Diploma or Bachelor / Master’s degree in user experience design, psychology, sociology, cognitive sciences, or a comparable field of study
