We have an opening in our UX Desing Team so join Fiserv in Warsaw. The scope of your duties will be related with:

• Leading the user experience of a product from discovery to release in partnership with product team;
• Running discovery process by planning and conducting workshops, user research, creating and presenting interaction design prototypes;
• Contributing to strategic vision around the future direction of International Payment Platform;
• Measuring implemented solutions based on agreed metrics and translating into future improvements;
• Designing end-to-end flows and journeys that define experience for our solutions from web, mobile and payment terminal areas;
• Hiring, mentoring and managing a team of UX Designers that is well-balanced across the different design skill sets so can deliver the best experience for payment industry users;
• Generating and providing feedback from designers and stakeholders in order to constantly increase opportunities to raise quality;
• Communicating your team’s goals across organization and connect related areas of IPP so that efforts can be aligned and solutions identified quickly;
• Overall team performance and health, resource allocation, prioritization, and building a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience design;
• Experience managing and mentoring teams in matrix organizations;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Polish;
• BA/BS or advanced degree in the social sciences, interaction design, HCI or related fields;
• Knowledge about user experience design principles and best practices, prototyping/design and agile software development process;
• Hands on experience with user research both qualitative and quantitative;
• Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions;
• Demonstrated visual design talent, strategic thinking, and attention to detail;
• Ability to lead product direction and strategic thinking with the experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and taking decisions based on the impact to people and the company;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Experience with conducting engaging workshops focused on outcomes;
• Skill in translating customer insights to ideas/concepts/products.
