Salary B2B: 7 000 – 11 000 PLN + paid days off
We’re a small team of product designers. Currently we are redesigning Coiote IoT Device Management – a one-stop-shop for large-scale IoT device management. Take a deeper look HERE.
Our goal is to develop and maintain a global design system and ensure that Coiote DM is user-friendly. It’s not an easy task – millions of devices, system-engineers-like users, a lot of data to display seems like a challenge?
On a daily-basis we deal with a variety of problems connected to the Internet of Things and telecommunications. From creating workflows for our customers to scaling IoT systems. Working with us is a great ride through technical, protocol and business points of view. However, with big problems, come good ideas and here we are to provide that kind of solution. We’re looking for a person, who’s eager to find solutions with the design and dev team and who’s not afraid to speak his/her mind. Aesthetic touch is also a very important value. In your job you will:
- Optimize the existing user interface design
- Adapt the visual style to the needs and requirements of the project
- Maintain consistency in the component library together with developers and the design team
- Gather requirements for new functionalities
- Prepare hi / low fidelity mockups
- Take care of the documentation of design decisions
- Closely collaborate with the other members of the UX team, developers, and testers to provide clear and complete user-oriented interfaces
What we expect:
- UX design skills with a solid portfolio that describes your design process, proves your knowledge, and includes key metrics for your designs (+ 3 years of experience)
- Confidence working in Figma or Sketch
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Visualizing and prototyping concepts to varying levels of fidelity to demonstrate and validate ideas
- Confidence working with design systems
- Proper understanding of the fundamental concepts of UI and UX
- Up-to-date knowledge of UX trends
- Sense of aesthetics
- Creativity and openness
- Strong digital product design visual skills are a must
- Someone who can solve problems creatively and is able to compromise without impacting the work
- Proactively manage your own work queue, time, and expectations
A big plus:
- Basic knowledge of tools for platform analytics
- Experience in developing and working with style guides / design systems
