Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in designing digital products (preferably in eCommerce or SaaS, but we’re open to all backgrounds)
• Great communication skills, that will allow you to pitch your proposals to people across the whole team and explain the nuances of design problems you’ve identified and are trying to solve
• The ability to create both low- and high-fidelity mockups of your designs (preferably in Figma or Sketch)
• Up-to-date with latest UI & UX trends
• Hunger for knowledge, an eye for beauty and a passion for usability

Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities will vary from polishing up existing features, through designing brand new ones to completely rethinking certain user flows
• You will design product solutions from beginning to end, by translating business and research insights into ideas, that are turned into disruptive new features and implemented by the in-house dev team
• Iterate the implemented solutions based on customer feedback and provided data analysis outcomes
• Participate in regular growth team meetings and have direct influence on the direction of product development
