Senior UX Designer who will innovate healthcare

We do #Code4life creating innovative software that helps doctors, patients and scientists around the world.

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer who will join our team and co-create new solutions with other specialists.  The ideal candidate will be driven by the desire to be a user advocate, be passionate about creating products that are intuitive and easy to use.

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• 4+ years of experience as UX Designer, preferably in healthcare areas – biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or medical devices.

• Ability to create mockups, flows and interactive prototypes in Adobe XD, Figma, Axure  or similar tools.

• Good understanding of UCD (User Centred Design) process.

• Experience in designing complex systems including COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) systems.

• Proficient in communicating design decisions.

• Ability to establish priorities, work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

• Fluency in English.

• Creative problem solving ability and balance with the big picture and details.

• Ability to work in the Central European Standard Time zone  (CEST)  (3-4 hours time window needs to be secured).

• A portfolio showcasing your work is required for consideration.

What will you do as you join us:

• Transform business requirements, user research findings and user feedback into mockups.

• Create interactive prototypes for remote usability testing.

• Ensure the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time.

• Present, articulate, and sell design ideas and recommendations to various stakeholders and development team.

• Work hand in hand with UX researcher, other UX Designers and development team
