We are looking for a Mid/Senior User Experience Designer to become a part of the distributed global design group of 450+ multi-discipline designers (service, industrial, game designers, etc.). We are passionate about what we do — helping organizations use design to create valuable customer experiences across platforms and touchpoints.

You will have close cooperation with our partners in the number of locations from Minsk to Tokyo.

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of UX or UI design
• 5+ completed, real projects
• Strong portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies
• Experience with core Design Thinking activities (gap analysis, testing, user interview, etc.)
• Solid understanding of the delivery process
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Capability to present and advocate design decisions
• Capacity and desire to mentor other designers
• English level: B1+

NICE TO HAVE

• Сontrol and measure results at projects
• Team management skills
• Ability to manage and eliminate сonflict issues
• Experience in UX workshops
• Experience in pre-sale activities
