We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to collaborate closely with members of the ZEN Product Management, Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Localization teams to build ZEN experience to our customers.

Your responsibilities at ZEN will include:

• Identify opportunities for new products
• Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• Illustrate and communicate complex design solutions across uses cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
• Improve the design of existing products
• Translating research into feasible ideas and designs that will satisfy consumers.

We’re looking for people with:

• Experience with design programs (Sketch preferred)
• Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the financial industry (Nice to have)
• Motion design knowledge (Nice to have)
• Passion for designing digital products (both web and mobile applications)
• Attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity
• Knowledge of industry trends
• Understand principles of user-centered design
