About the project:

Voluum is an advanced, real-time SaaS analytics platform, designed for performance marketers and self-serve advertisers to track the progress and profitability of their online campaigns. The platform is powered by its own database technology that enables the processing of billions of real-time data requests within the blink of an eye.

About the role:

As a Product Designer you will be in charge of designing a smooth user experience for our clients – users of our global, market-leading customer-facing applications. Your role will include:

• Taking ownership of creating an engaging user experience
• Deliver end-to-end user interface designs based on defined design systems and style guides
• Working closely with product managers, software engineers and other stakeholders to prioritize product work according to the biggest positive impact on user experience, and designing experiments and working with clients to gather feedback, measure progress and improve our software once fully complete
• Facilitate workshops with engineers and product management to establish project scope and potential solutions to solve identified problems in the most effective way
• Proactively and continuously look for opportunities to improve Codewise workflows and user interfaces 
• Turn actionable insights into different concepts and low and high fidelity mockups to facilitate feedback from your product team
• Improving conversion and churn rates by enabling easier and more efficient use of our products

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in Product Design, UX Design or Interaction Design
• Familiarity with design techniques such as prototyping, storyboarding, user research, wireframing, design critique etc.
• Very good knowledge of the latest UI trends and user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Comfortable working with other parties, leading meetings and gathering requirements
• Easily able to communicate design concepts through sketches and wireframes
• Very good understanding of the development process
• Experience with close collaboration with the development team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a Product Team
• Ability to work on both loosely defined and highly specific design problems and turning them into elegant and simple solutions in the form of prototypes
• A strong portfolio showcasing a thorough UX process
• Experience designing data-centric, customer-facing applications
• Experience with Sketch, Abstract, Zeplin, UXpin, and/or other industry-standard tools
• Polish and English speaking

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Conducting user tests and analyzing quantitative/qualitative data
• Experience designing SaaS applications
