Currently we are looking for Senior Digital Designer to join one of the biggest banks in Cracow!

The role of the Senior Digital Designer is to work in a cross functional agile providing wide range of creative services to enhance the Innovation Programme initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work directly with the Lead Designer and other team members to deliver quality creative services
• Creating concepts and prototype pitches for wide range of designs
• Creating digital design (web applications, marketing materials, presentations etc.)
• Creating motion design (videos and animations)
• Creating branding for Innovation Programme and work to ensure branding guidelines are met in all ongoing projects
• Working as part of multi-disciplinary agile pods with other technical, creative and business roles
• Providing creative advice and support to Leadership and project teams across Innovation Programme

Skills/Experience Required

• Good sense of style and aesthetics, portfolio demonstrating a breadth of visual creativity and ability in graphic, interface and motion design
• 5+ years of experience creating design for commercial digital products (websites, applications, games), broad experience in graphic design, UI, logos, banners, etc.
• Excellent command of designer toolkit and software – Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• The ideal candidates for this role will also have expertise in HTML 5 / bootstrap / CSS / jquery; animation and motion design
• Knowledge is desirable, but not essential in the following: Microsoft SharePoint 2013/Online – publishing features; Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban; Agile Tooling – Jira, Confluence, Slack
