Responsibilities:

• Digital strategy development and execution.
• Digital channels ownership -analysis, management, optimization – website, blog, landing pages, social media, newsletter, campaigns, etc.
• Top notch B2B content development, performance analysis and optimization, curation, distribution (including guest blogging). Editorial calendar development.
• SEO / Paid ads management and optimization. Partner / affiliate program development.
• Other growth activities.

Shortly: The more high quality traffic, the more trial signups, the more badass you are.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (you write without Google translator and speak with confidence).
• XP in digital marketing strategy execution in other startup, digital agency – or a great freelancer.
• XP with digital analytics, SEO, conversion rate oprimization, content creation.
• Familiar with such tools as (some of them or similiar): graphic software (Gimp, Inkscape, etc), Google Analytics, WordPress, Tag Manager, Alerts, Peek, Unfollow, Webmaster Tools, Keyword Tools, Tweetdeck, HootSuite, MailChimp, Snip.ly, HackPad, Slack, compatition analysis tools, etc.
• Ready to work your ass off.
• You are damn good in what you do and you get shit done.
• You personal plans and ambitions allow you to fully focus on the project for at least couple years.
