YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SOMETHING BIG

You will be:

• Designing outstanding digital products and services in the creative and collaborative environment
• Collaborating with different disciplines (UX researchers, software developers and product owners) and domain experts in an international context
• Conducting user research (in co-operation with UX researchers), and creating personas, user flows, customer journey maps etc. to deliver delightful user experience
• Creating and applying wireframes, information architecture and prototypes for our software products – and testing it with real users

Additionally, you will get support and guidance from senior UX colleagues.

Experience and know how:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of UX or service design, demonstrated in portfolio
• Very good understanding of UCD methodology
• Experience in participation in workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong working knowledge of usability principles and design trends for both mobile and web
• Experience in using various UX techniques (personas, user flows, customer journey maps etc.)
• High level of proficiency in design software in Axure or Adobe XD

Languages:

High level of English proficiency is a must, since you will work in international teams. Proficiency in German is beneficial.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor / Master’s degree in user experience design, psychology, sociology, cognitive sciences, or a comparable field of study.
