UI/Graphic Designer

You will:

• be a part of talented UX/UI team and work in UCD process
• collaborate with Product Management and Software Developers (teams in Poland and USA)
• improve look&feel of multiple Egnyte products (webapps, desktop apps, mobile apps)
• brainstorm to find solutions for various design problems
• design consistent, elegant, professional and modern UI, with respect to usability, user testing results, performance and deadlines
• create sketches, wireframes, mockups and animations to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• create beautiful UI based on rough prototypes and wireframes
• deliver final pixel perfect assets to the front-end development team, such as: graphics, mockups, wireframes, and visual style specifications
• work closely with developers providing guidance and ensuring on-time delivery
• verify final products and make sure that your design is implemented with attention to every pixel
• use your talent to inspire people in the office

Skills – Experience and Requirements:

• solid experience in UI design, confirmed with examples of your work
• proficiency in both Photoshop and Illustrator
• skills in any animation software that suits you, so that you can prototype transitions and animations
• knowledge of UCD methodology, UX design process and related terminology
• knowledge of up-to-date UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• open-minded attitude: you will work in UCD process, so you must be open to suggestions and do not hesitate to show your ideas even if they are not final
• organisational skills, self-discipline and quick workflow
• understanding of HTML5 and CSS
• communicative English skills
