First Data (soon to be merged with Fiserv) is looking for talented and ambitious UI Designer to join our growing UX/UI team.

Who we are:

Currently design team consist of 5 designers. As a part of Digital unit we work on following global products for users from Europe, South America and Asia:

• International Payment Platform – „one stop shop” for all personas of the First Data payment ecosystem
• Merchant Portal – a responsive PWA portal for small and large merchants, where they can track transactions, order terminals, generate reports, manage employees and order services.
• SoftPOS – the latest revolutionary mobile application enabling the replacement of a payment terminal by a smartphone without additional peripherals. Presented at IFA 2019 in Berlin.
• Design System that is being implemented across all our digital products

Responsibilities:

• Taking care of visual coherence of our digital products. Designing final UI views and assets for web and mobile solutions
• Strengthening the user experience by visual means appropriate to user needs and cognitive abilities
• Creating and presenting interaction design concepts (wireframes), prototypes, final views, and producing UI product libraries to communicate to-be design, functionality and features
• Hands on working experience with the use and expanding of the Design System
• Monitoring UI trends and front-end technology
• Ambition to design applications that will be able to compete with Revolut, Stripe or Klarna

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of experience in UI design
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Hands on working experience with the use and expanding of the design system
• BA/BS degree of graphic design, interaction design, industrial design or similar
• Relevant user interface design experience proven by extraordinary portfolio (Behance/Dribbble)
• Knowledge of user experience design principles and best practices
• Highly proficient using design tools: Sketch + Zeplin + Abstract, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools: Axure
• Demonstrated visual design talent and attention to detail
• Skill in translating customer insights to ideas/concepts/products
