We are looking for ambitious people for our dynamically developing team in Warsaw or Wrocław .
In this position you will create and build design standards within the company as well as lead and mentor other designers within the team.

The successful UX Lead will:

*Advise in development of company strategy
*Implement and define UX standards
*Lead UX and service design projects
*Be responsible for defining and fulfillment of project KPIs
*Support younger and less experienced team members
*Active support in the process of selling UX services
*Participate in key projects as UX expert

Requirements:

• 4+ years of work as UX designer / UX researcher, confirmed by provided portfolio
• Experience in mentoring younger team members
• Active participation in sales support
• Familiar with projects implemented using Agile methodologies
• Pracitical knowledge in Design Sprints, Service design projects, Design Thinking
• Comfortable working under time pressure and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of prototyping tools
• Ability to do research and user tests
• Very good command of English (C1)
• Visibility in UX community (participation in conferences, articles, activities in social media) will be advantage
