In this role, you will:

• Conducting workshops with clients in order to analyze business processes and obtain information necessary for the implementation of the project.
• Lead in usability testing and user research. Make smart decisions based on market analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings.
• Create process flows, sitemaps, wireframes and other relevant deliverables.
• Define and maintain UX consistency in complex projects.

Required skills:

• 3+ years experience as UX Designer, researcher, interaction designer or a similar role.
• Experience in human-centered design process (HCD).
• Proficiency with a variety of design tools and prototyping software – choose your own set of tools.
• Get-Things-Done attitude.
• Fluent English.
