Our product team (Product Owner, Data Analyst, and Product Marketing Manager) is looking for an experienced and independent Product Designer to push Traffit users’ experience to the next level! You will be the major decision-maker in the design area. Your role will cooperate hand in hand with our C-levels, Product Team members, all other departments, and of course, the clients. The biggest challenges in 2022 will be around the optimization of already existing features by refactoring and redesigning the user flows. Additionally, we want to move our Frontend to React so there’ll be plenty of opportunities to improve the product!

Drive and own Traffit user experience improvements by:

• Understanding users’ needs through the research and user tests activities
• Cooperating with Customer Success, Marketing, and IT departments on the best solutions
• Designing UI (wireframes, mockups)
• Prototyping and validating the solution proposals
• Own the end-to-end user journey from ideation to final production
• Helping in setting up success metrics for changes
• Cooperating with other Product Team members in the product discovery
• Spread the product-oriented mindset in the whole organization
• Contributing to the product strategy and roadmap

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Design
• Expert knowledge and proven experience in the end-to-end, data-informed product design process, shaping product strategy, distilling the jobs to be done, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Proven track record of working within product teams to ship successful products using design best practices and discovery techniques
• Fluency with Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• Experience working in an Agile development process and conducting design-related workshops
• Experience building and growing Design Systems
• Great presentation skills and communication abilities
• Fluency in English

• HR/recruitment business knowledge
• Heap, Google Analytics, HotJar usage experience
