• You have at least 1 year of experience in UX design
• You are passionate about User Experience, so that you can’t sleep at night
• You are not afraid of complex user interfaces and multitasking
• You speak and write good English
• You are open to feedback and want to grow as a designer
• You are diligent and meticulous in your work
• You tend to have a holistic view of the User Experience

Qualifications

• Computer Science, Psychology or Design degree preferred, but not required (students are welcome)
• Experience in any of current design apps (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or other)
• Sketch or Figma experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of popular UX Research methods and application in practise
• Good social skills to easily collaborate on projects, talk with clients and meet new people
• Presenting and storytelling skills
