We’re looking for a new member of Macoscope’s UX/Design Team. In collaboration with developers and designers, you will have the ability to suggest and introduce innovative solutions that will go on to become an integral and indispensable part of the design process and our relationships with clients.

Your Responsibilities:

– collaborating with designers and developers that make us the UX Team at Macoscope
– analyzing the needs of clients and users and suggesting innovative UX solutions for iOS and Android
– suggesting cross-platform solutions for iOS and Android
– creating UX/Design use cases
– writing articles and think pieces about UX in mobile

Our Requirements:

– an intrinsic drive to create insanely great experiences
– an independent streak and a high level of personal initiative
– a disturbingly pedantic attention to detail
– a propensity for effective time management, as well as the ability to plan and schedule tasks for yourself and, if need be, for others.
– an open mind and an inclination to think outside of the box
– at least 3 years of prior UX experience
– the ability to locate information, mine reports, analyze accumulated data, and draw relevant conclusions
– the capacity to create and describe cases, confirmed by examples from your portfolio
– extensive knowledge of Human Centered Design
– a couple of mobile and web projects you delivered
– the ability to conduct research in person and online, and evidence of prior experience in the matter
– an innovative personality, focused on and capable of solving problems and suggesting solutions
– prior experience in running UX workshops with clients and internal UX classes with your team
– fluency and clarity in English, in both speech and writing.
– knowledge of prototyping/wireframing software (e.g. UXPin, Omnigraffle, InVision etc.)
