You will:

• be a part of a flat product team consistent of professionals of diverse backgrounds,
• be responsible for Information Design, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design and ensure that they meet and exceed the needs of our customers,
• help translate ideas (business needs and user goals) into elegant, intuitive and engaging user experiences,
• own UX design projects that will include cooperation with our Development team,
• collect feedback on your work from our clients, engineers and our Customer Success team and constantly improve usability,
• innovate and inspire the team with best practices and latest trends in product design.

• You understand agile software development practices
• You are able to engage different groups of users like tech and non-tech recruiters, programmers, your mates act
• You are able to co-operate and efficiently communicate with the Development Team
