Currently we’re on the lookout for Senior UX / UI Designer who designs work in a high-scope product area. You’ll work closely with business and development teams on design challenges and enhancements for certain components of our existing system and all upcoming products.

You are our ideal candidate if you can deliver great user experience through web and mobile applications that are relevant, usable and simply beautiful. You have strong problem solving skills, user-focused and solution-oriented way of thinking, independent self-direction (you always get things done!), coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication (in English of course!).

REQUIREMENTS

As a UX Designer you:

• Plan, prioritise, coordinate, and conduct user requirements analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing;
• Use research methods to gather data on user needs (competitor analysis, personas, customer journeys and scenarios, trend watching, metrics and analytics);
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand product roadmap and foresee upcoming interface challenges;
• Conduct prototyping activities as appropriate for each phase of design;
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that all specifications are implemented properly;
• Use professionally prototyping tools: UXPin, Axure, online tools desirable (InVision, etc.)

As a UI Designer you:

• Have experience designing for web and mobile applications proven by up to date portfolio (experience in SaaS global products will be a great plus);
• Demonstrate exceptional design skills with strong attention to detail;
• Show strong knowledge of design thinking, service design and customer experience design processes and methodology;
• Are familiar with user interface patterns for mobile and web;
• Use professionally tools from Adobe family (and/or Sketch)
