Batmaid.ch , the „Uber for home cleaning” is an award winning Swiss startup with offices in Zurich, Lausanne, Warsaw and Luxembourg.

As a young company we face the challenge of developing an innovative product and venturing into international markets. We grow very fast and we need you to achieve our goals!

As the lead designer at Batmaid, you will have the opportunity to work on many fronts, including:

• Designing the UI and UX of our mobile apps from scratch
• Re-design/re-branding of our landing pages
• Designing the user journey for new business ideas, projects and prototypes
• Continuously improving and measuring user interactions

You will be working on premises, together with our expert frontend and backend development teams, in the center of warsaw. You’ll participate in frequent meetings with product owners in Lausanne. Occasional travel to switzerland will be required.

What do we require?

• Fluency in spoken and written English, our company’s official language,
• 3 years or more of experience in UI/Graphic Design,
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Knowledge of mobile platform guidelines, design patterns, UCD processes
• Hands-on experience creating hi-fi wireframes & prototypes,
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure RP or similar.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Experience working in a scrum teams with fast iterations.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

A plus

• Some french language skills
